Family Connects provides information and services to support newborns and their families. The primary goal of the Family Connects model is to complement community services that are already being provided. The model can reinforce local support systems for parents and offer another way to engage families at a critical juncture in a family’s growth - the birth of a child.

Family Connects International is based at Duke University in Durham, NC. The locations below are implementing the Family Connects model.
